About UsPT Management Group was created by two individuals who have a passion for this industry and a desire to pass on some of the lessons they learned the hard way.
Josh Bailey, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS,CPed Josh has been a physical therapist for 18 years. He is currently the President and CEO of Rehab Associates of Central Virginia and actively involved in VPTA. PTMG grew out of Josh’s hope to see all independent PT groups in Virginia succeed. 
Jessica Wright, MBA Jessica has worked in the outpatient physical therapy field for 9 years. She is currently the COO of Rehab Associates of Central Virginia and is a Certified Physical Therapy Administrator through PPS APTA.
